I found this track about a month ago only to be featured on Woods‘ myspace page. Not exactly sure what plans were in store for “Get Back”, I recently discovered it to be on the latest issue of the Yeti Magazine compilation. If you aren’t familiar with Yeti, they release quarterly publications with poems, art, and stellar compilation albums filled with mostly unreleased tunes. As a matter of fact, their last playlist could supply me with posts for days to come as each track is worth more than one listen. Back to the gem in mention, “Get Back” lays down more folksy feelings and has that signature Jeremy Earl falsetto. Could be that this will be featured on a future Woods release or maybe this is as far as it will reach.
