WeShotJR posted a video from our NX35 showcase of Final Club playing a song of their recent EP, turned out to be a helluva loud-ass show. Thanks to Woven Bones, Pure Ecstasy, Fergus & Geronimo and of course Final Club for making it a great night, and of course if you missed the show you can see all of these bands sans-Final Club at our SXSW party.

In addition to hundreds of other bands playing NX35, we get a night at Hailey’s with a few good friends of ours. Check out wristband prices or stop by the door for for single venue access. Check out a few mp3s of the bands playing below, including a brand new banger from Woven Bones‘ upcoming Hozac release. Big thanks to M. Sage at Patient Sounds for hooking up this rad flyer!

Tons been going on the past few weeks, some reissues from Black Tambourine and The Magnetic Fields in the making, our friends finishing their EP, and some cool devs in SXSW type stuff (stay tuned). Stop by our friends at Indie-Verse (4 PM CST) and click the link to listen. Check the playlist and cop some mp3s after the jump.

Still going strong two weeks into our programming on, the great, Indie-Verse radio and we’ve got another nice lineup of tunes. We’ve got the local scene covered with some tracks from Fergus & Geronimo and The Uptown Bums. Also, my new collective friends from Oxford, MS, Cats Purring, have their fair share of play time. Listen to the show today at 1 PM CST and again on Saturday at the same time. We’ll be in Denton (at Rubber Gloves) tonight for our show with Crystal Antlers, Video and Uptown Bums. Come say hi. Head here for the link to stream. Hit the jump for the tracklisting.

Anyone in the metroplex area that can make it to Denton Wednesday night will not be sorry. A house show featuring Woven Bones (early weeklytapedeck write up), Uptown Bums, and Bad Sports is happening and will surely be a good time. I will be out with my deteriorating video skills in hopes of bringing our first live performance to the ‘deck. If you do make it out, please bring money for Woven Bones who are making the trip up from Austin. Also a new track from them as of yesterday via RCRDLBL
called “Your Sorcery.” (I couldn’t get their widget to work…apologies)
