Melding staggered sound-scapes and muscular break beats, the duo known as Universal Studios Florida have a firm grasp on the new wave of tropical-influenced music. Add them to the list of bands that are practically un-searchable on the internet; though the simple addition of the bands hometown Seattle (not Orlando), will bring up a multitude of results. Comparable to Ducktails and White Rainbow, Universal Studios Florida have essentially ground up the makings of a Summer day in Texas, seasoned it with synth and the final product is their new record Ocean Sunbirds.
