I’ve been mulling through this idea for the past couple of weeks, and finally decided to yank the plug on the weekly mixtape installment.  Not saying I’m done making mixes all together, but I feel like they should be more of a novel concept.  Maybe something seasonal?  Not sure, don’t really want to obligate myself to anything.  But, when then mixtapes do roll-out  I’ll make sure you guys know about it.

Quite possibly some of the sickest artwork to grace the front of an album. Sort of reminds me of that time Kenny was cheesing on South Park.  Box Elders deliver more of that earnest lo-fi garage scuzz in quick hard hitting fashion.  Thanks to Friendship Bracelet for bringing these guys to my attention earlier.  Their debut LP, Alice and Friends, was just released this month on Goner Records.
