Some great people are releasing records north the US border, namely Telephone Explosion Records, which began as many labels do these days, releasing only tapes. A few releases in they morphed into digital and vinyl releases and their newest from band Puberty, which consists of members of the Shins and Intelligence. The the bass line rides like Pink Panther and is fraught with vibes of a smoky lounge. Telephone Explosion is currently selling this through their website as a 7″ single.
