Surprisingly enough we haven’t written about the Tune-Yards here yet, but rest assured the boys at WTD enjoy the hell out of this band. I mean honestly, how can you not love a band who is liberal with the very underrated “dash” (-), from their record this year Bird-Brains to their name and now we have the b-side to their “Hatari” Single titled “Hap-B,” they just love that dainty little punctuation mark. The b-side starts off with glitchy pops and peeps and transforms into an african-style chant with overlapping vocals and percussive instruments; all things Tune-Yards and Merrill Garbus, the architect behind the music, are known for.
