
Shahs abound from the rich Minneapolis scene that I am becoming more and more intrigued by; I can’t help but think of the great Larvelle Jones from Police Academy when I hear this band, like if Larvelle Jones was really into noise and experimental music and grew up in the Great American North. Shahs currently have a new EP coming out titled GUTS that they should be pressing soon, on top of that though they have nice helping of free downloads on their myspace page. Also if you happen to be in the Twin Cities area it seems they play often, enjoy.
