
If Madonna were a zombie who’s diet consisted of human flesh/brains, this is exactly how she would have sounded. The cool kids at Silent Talk must be somewhere near living dead status by now for all of the hard work they’ve been putting in; earlier this year they released an epic 23 track lp with super cool hand painted (one-of-a-kind) cd-r’s. Their latest tune, “Burning Up”, is actually a cover to the 2nd released single by the great Madge. I’m usually not a fan of the “cover song”, but they add their own spooky touches and leave a unique mark on an already awesome tune (love what they’ve done with this!). Look for their newest LP to drop sometime in the near future via Neon Aztec.
